Jack Cudworth
Founder
Jack is the Founder and Director of Pinnacle, Connect 2, and The Mentoring Project. With over 18 years of experience in children's services, he has played a key role in managing, leading, and directing various companies to achieve great success.
Throughout his career, Jack has implemented and overseen numerous services and care models, bringing innovation and dedication to every initiative. He views Pinnacle as a platform to mentor, guide, and educate the next generation of colleagues and leaders in the industry. Jack feels fortunate to have had excellent mentors and to have worked with outstanding leaders in the industry, which has helped him reach where he is today.
Driven by authenticity and a passion for transforming outcomes for society's most vulnerable children, Jack is relentless in his pursuit of building the pinnacle of developmental services for colleagues in children's services. His unwavering commitment to creating meaningful change fuels his dedication to raising the standard of care and leadership in the field.
Jack feels exceptionally fortunate to have Dave as his partner at Pinnacle. Over the past 15 years, they have worked together at two different companies, building a strong partnership rooted in shared core values and a mutual belief in the changes needed to drive better outcomes for children. Their collaborative efforts are dedicated to transforming the landscape of children's services.
Jack's approach is rooted in first-hand experiences and reflections from supporting thousands of children in care. His contributions extend beyond direct work with young people, including playing a crucial role in crafting the Violence Reduction Strategy for the West Midlands and leading campaigns to end violence against women and girls. As a consultant for many children's services, Jack is committed to implementing innovative strategies that have the potential to transform children's lives. He has also developed numerous courses and trained thousands of staff in children's services, believing that the key to successful training is not just the content but also the delivery of that content.
Jack works closely with Dr. Liz Gillett, not only on the care model they own but also within the strategy and training of peers. He is pleased to bring many outstanding trainers he and Dave have worked with under the Pinnacle banner.
